I realized during the podcast that I accidentally maligned Carl Crawford. Of course, I meant to hate on that no good, punk-ass Carl Everett, who broke up Mike Mussina’s perfect game after he retired the first 26 batters. He and David Cone, the Boston pitcher, had shut-outs going into the 9th. It was the best game I’ve ever seen in my life.
