My guest for Episode 81 would not call himself an “industry veteran.” Jonathan Long would say that he has been part of the video game industry for a significant portion of his life, he would say that he has had his hand in nearly 60 distinct video games, and if you ask nicely he might even say that he has helped expand the culture of video game communities and community management. But only if you ask nicely. But Jon is a humble man. Sure, he’s been around for a while, but a “veteran” is not a title he would apply to himself.
