If you follow the professional basketball then you were likely quite entertained by the NBA Finals featuring the Miami Heat and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Hopefully you remember a time when the Thunder were called the Seattle Supersonics. My guest this week, Jason Reid, is quite familiar with this fact. He’s directed and produced a documentary called ‘Sonicsgate’ that details the events that led to the Supersonics becoming the Thunder. We spend most of the podcast talking about ‘Sonicsgate’, but there’s also conversation about the process of making a documentary, Jason’s other projects, and we finish up with some general Seattle sports talk.
